Growth Marketing Manager
APEX Active Entertainment Group is hiring a full-time Growth Marketing Manager in Regina, Saskatchewan. This role will lead performance marketing across APEX Adventure Plex and Crazy Ape Extreme Equipment, with a focus on paid advertising, analytics, SEO, conversion optimization, and profitable customer acquisition.
You’ll manage Google Ads and Meta Ads, improve website and booking performance, build reporting through GA4 and BigQuery, and make data-driven recommendations that directly impact bookings, leads, and revenue. We’re looking for someone with 3–7 years of growth or performance marketing experience, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience with paid media, GA4, GTM, CRO, and SEO.
